I graduated from NC Massage School in 2019 and I specialize in Deep Tissue massage for relaxation and pain relief. I am also certified in Neuromuscular Therapy for injuries and chronic or acute pain.

My name is Ana Lemus, I Graduated from Maiden School of Massage and Bodywork Therapy.
I specialize in trigger point therapy to address pain in specific areas of the body as well as Myofascial release. I use a variety of highly effective techniques in my work to help you always feel relaxed and pain free after our sessions.
